Strategic HR Business Partner (Senior Manager)

The Strategic HRBP is not a traditional HR generalist role. You will act as a trusted advisor, executive coach, and strategic architect for our commercial and operational leadership teams. Your primary objective is to drive business outcomes through organizational design, talent density optimization, change management, and data-driven HR strategies. You will bridge the gap between business goals and human capital, ensuring that our workforce is agile, capable, and highly engaged.

Key Responsibilities

    Business Partnering & Strategy Alignment

    • Partner with senior business leaders to deeply understand business strategy, market challenges, and financial objectives.

    • Translate commercial objectives into an actionable human capital strategy that drives revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market share.

    • Act as a strategic sounding board and executive coach for department heads, challenging the status quo and providing unbiased, data-backed perspectives.

    Organizational Development & Design

    • Assess and redesign organizational structures to eliminate silos, increase agility, and optimize the spans of control.

    • Spearhead change management initiatives during periods of transformation, scaling, or restructuring.

    • Identify capability gaps within the current business units and architect solutions to build a future-ready workforce.

    Talent Management & Succession Planning

    • Drive a high-performance culture by implementing rigorous talent assessment and density strategies.

    • Design and execute comprehensive succession planning frameworks for critical leadership and niche technical roles.

    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) to forecast workforce needs and attract top-tier talent in the highly competitive FMCG landscape.

    Data-Driven HR & Analytics

    • Leverage HR metrics and business data to predict talent trends, attrition risks, and productivity bottlenecks.

    • Present actionable insights to the C-suite and senior leadership, demonstrating the ROI of HR interventions.

    • Transition HR conversations from reactive problem-solving to proactive, predictive business planning.

    Culture & Employee Experience

    • Develop strategic engagement initiatives that boost retention of top performers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years acting as a Strategic HRBP supporting senior commercial or operational leaders.

    • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the FMCG, manufacturing, or retail sector is highly preferred. Must understand the fast-moving, high-volume nature of consumer goods.

    • Commercial Acumen: Exceptional understanding of business operations, P&L, and market dynamics. Ability to speak the language of the business, not just the language of HR.

    • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to interpret complex data, build business cases, and make evidence-based decisions.

    • Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority. Strong executive presence and coaching capabilities.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.

    • Language: Full professional proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
