1. Business Partnering
Act as a strategic and trusted HR Specialist/HRBP for assigned client groups, providing timely HR advice and support.
Implement Group and local HR policies; demonstrate a deep understanding of business priorities to drive HR contributions.
Act as an ambassador for new HR tools and serve as the main HR contact point for the assigned portfolio.
Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and alignment with company culture.
Partner closely with HR Specialists in C&B, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Learning & Development (L&D).
Act as a change agent to support various HR projects and programs.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
Partner with line managers to identify and meet strategic resourcing needs.
Collaborate with the TA team to manage recruitment via internal tracking tools.
Participate directly in interview panels and consult line managers on hiring the right talent.
Prepare salary proposals, job offers, and probation contracts.
Manage onboarding logistics: internal announcements, HRIS data entry, and coordination with other departments.
Conduct check-ins with newcomers to ensure smooth integration; follow up on probation evaluations and labor contracts.
3. Career & Talent Development
Conduct regular career development conversations with identified staff and follow up on growth plans with line managers.
Support the HRBP Lead in consolidating the talent review process.
Identify and implement initiatives for talent programs, succession planning, and graduate/internship programs.
4. Performance Management
Support the orchestration of the annual/mid-year Performance Management process.
Consult line managers on managing underperformers and rewarding top talent.
5. Learning & Development (L&D)
Identify training needs across assigned departments and provide inputs to the L&D/HRBP Lead.
Support the execution of L&D and Organizational Development (OD) activities.
6. Employee Relations & C&B Administration
Manage the labor contract renewal process (tracking, manager alignment, printing, and signing).
Support standardization of employee benefits and manage welfare programs (births, weddings, funerals, etc.).
Guide and support employees on HRIS system issues (BIPO, MyFeed).
Handle the offboarding process: exit interviews, resignation paperwork, and system updates.
Manage and resolve disciplinary cases in accordance with labor law and company regulations.
For Site-based HRBPs (Additional Duties):
Manage monthly timesheets and attendance data.
Register PIT codes and dependents for tax deductions.
In charge of compulsory insurance tracking (SI, HI, UI).
7. Other Duties
Participate in HR initiatives, special projects, or other tasks assigned by superiors.
