Head of Talent

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary People Experience Head to lead our HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, Learning & Development (L&D) Manager, and Talent Acquisition (TA) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure the alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the HRBP team to ensure effective delivery of HR services across all business units.
    • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives and measure their impact on organizational performance.
    • Conduct workforce planning and control to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right place at the right time.
    • Foster and develop talent management strategies to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential employees.
    • Collaborate with the L&D Manager to design and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Design and deliver onboarding experiences to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
    • Deploy global and regional training programs to support the development of a diverse and skilled workforce.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Work closely with the TA team to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
    • Ensure a seamless onboarding process to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.
    • Develop and implement programs that enhance the overall employee experience, including wellness, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
    • Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support a positive work environment

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Master's degree or additional certifications in HR (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
    • Proven track record of leading HR teams and driving successful HR initiatives in a multinational corporation.
    • Strong understanding of HR metrics and data analysis to measure the impact of HR programs.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Experience in a fast-paced, global organization.
    • Knowledge of HR technologies and tools for talent management and employee engagement.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
