What You’ll Do
- Enterprise Talent Blueprinting: Design and execute a holistic, multi-year Talent Management strategy that aggressively elevates talent density at the Director, VP, and C-levels across all subsidiaries.
- Executive Succession & Hi-Po Orchestration: Build a bulletproof succession pipeline for critical management board roles. Identify High-Potential (Hi-Po) leaders early and design ruthless, accelerated development tracks, including rotational assignments across different business pillars.
- Performance-Driven Architecture: Partner with the Head of HR to deeply embed a true meritocracy. Implement rigorous talent calibration, continuous performance management frameworks, and strategic offboarding to ensure we retain only top-quartile performers.
- Leadership Academy & Capability Building: Architect bespoke, world-class leadership development academies tailored to our unique, hyper-agile corporate DNA. Equip leaders with the commercial and digital fluency required to manage complex ecosystem synergies.
- Organizational Agility & Change: Act as a strategic advisor to business heads during rapid organizational scaling or restructuring, ensuring we have the right talent capabilities deployed to the highest-priority commercial battlegrounds at a moment's notice.
What We’re Looking For
- Executive Talent Pedigree: 12-15+ years of progressive HR leadership with a dedicated, deep specialization in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Leadership Assessment at an enterprise level.
- The "MNC / Local Conglomerate" Hybrid: You possess the structural frameworks, sophisticated talent methodologies, and governance of a tier-1 multinational corporation, combined with the extreme resilience, speed, and pragmatism required to survive in a visionary, founder-led domestic empire.
- M&A and Integration Savvy: A proven track record of assessing and integrating executive talent during large-scale corporate mergers, acquisitions, or massive structural transformations.
- Commercial Acumen & Influence: You speak the language of business, not just HR theory. You understand how talent capabilities directly impact P&L, market share, and operational efficiency, and you possess the gravitas to push back, advise, and influence fiercely demanding C-level stakeholders.
