What We’re Looking For
- Executive Tenure: 15+ years of progressive leadership in IT and Digital spheres, with a definitive track record in heavily business-interfacing executive roles (CIO, CDO, or equivalent).
- Transformation Architect: Proven success in blueprinting and executing complex, end-to-end digital transformations that have tangibly improved commercial performance and agility.
- Global Matrix Savvy: Deep experience navigating, negotiating, and influencing within complex multinational environments. Adept at bridging the gap between global strategic frameworks and localized market realities.
- Commercial Acumen & Influence: Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate technical complexities into compelling business value. High emotional intelligence to align disparate stakeholder groups and drive cross-functional consensus.
