Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive Embedded Software Engineer (Chinese Speaking) to analyze, design, and develop complex embedded systems. In this role, you will work on state-of-the-art software components, driving lifecycle management from requirements engineering to final integration, while leveraging your bilingual capabilities to seamlessly collaborate with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Maintenance: Analyze, design, develop, and maintain complex embedded software components based on strict technical specifications.
• Requirements Engineering: Analyze, validate, and manage technical customer requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Software Integration: Configure and merge complex software modules into unified, stable builds.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Create and execute unit, component, and integration test cases to secure compliance with international quality standards.
• Debugging & Optimization: Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex software defects and performance issues using advanced debugging tools.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and problem-solving support to junior engineers while contributing to knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Compliance: Ensure all code adheres to automotive industry standards, safety-critical frameworks, and internal quality policies.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Control & Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in embedded software development. Hands-on experience with microcontroller architecture, device drivers, and RTOS is required.
• Programming Expertise: Strong proficiency in C/C++, combined with scripting experience in Python or C#.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Control Systems, Embedded Systems, and automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet). Familiarity with Base Software (BSW), Bootloaders, COM Stack, Cyber Security, or Diagnostics is highly valued.
• Languages:
• • Advanced Chinese Proficiency: Ability to communicate fluently in technical/business contexts and interpret technical documentation (HSK5 or above).
  • Proficient English: Clear verbal and written communication for internal global collaboration.
