Role Overview

In this role, you will drive the software delivery for high-quality, state-of-the-art In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems based on Linux/Android platforms.

This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with top-tier automotive experts from Japan, China, India, and Germany, gaining unparalleled exposure to next-generation autonomous driving and IoT technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical interface for the software product scope from the initial acquisition phase through to final release.
• Project Delivery: Take full ownership of project schedules, managing strict Quality, Cost, and Delivery (Q-C-D) metrics.
• Requirement Analysis: Analyze, clarify, and document complex customer requirements with the support of the engineering team.
• Task Tracking: Issue development requests to engineers and closely monitor day-to-day progress.
• Problem Solving & Leadership: Lead cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical roadblocks during software development to ensure milestone deliveries.
• People Development: Mentor, guide, and provide constructive feedback to team associates.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive, Computer, Electrical-Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in Embedded Software Development.
• Project Management: Proven track record in project management, risk mitigation, and team leadership.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and the V-model development process.
• Languages:
• • Fluent Chinese (both verbal and written communication are essential for client-facing interactions).
  • Good English (verbal and written communication for internal global collaboration).

Desirable Skills:

• Prior exposure to the Automotive Industry (knowledge of In-Vehicle Communication, Vehicle Dynamics, or Automotive Safety Standards).
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential.
